August was a month of growth and connection for Asiapro Construction's members. The Member Relations team rolled out a series of programs designed to promote professional development, health, and overall well-being.
Members Kapihan
Our signature "Kapihan" sessions continued to bring members together for focused, 15-minute discussions aimed at improving financial literacy and reinforcing cooperative values. Topics included leadership, responsible membership, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) refreshers.
The program had a strong turnout throughout the month:
- August 1: 49 participants at MDC MEQ Cloverleaf and 35 participants at Areza.
- August 5: 100 participants at MDC MCI Nuvali.
- August 8: 100 participants at COG 2-Portico.
- August 14: 30 participants at MDC MCI Nuvali and 100 participants at various Nuvali sites.
- August 29: 100 participants at MDC Arca Pie and 75 participants at MDC Thryne Enterprise Plaza.
Health & Wellness Program
The team's commitment to member well-being was on full display with a range of free services.
Free Massage: A total of 335 participants enjoyed free massages on August 14 at MDC MCI Nuvali and various Nuvali sites, August 16 at Avida Ardane, and August 28 at Alveo Orean Place.
Free Haircut: A total of 122 participants availed of free haircut services on August 14 at MDC MCI Nuvali and various Nuvali sites, and August 28 at Alveo Orean Place.
Leadman Session
To empower our leadmen to become effective leaders, sessions were held to strengthen their communication and motivational skills. A total of 56 leadmen attended the sessions on August 1 at COG 2-Lattice and August 8 at MDBI-Makati.
Our August programs highlight our dedication to providing continuous learning and support for our members, fostering stronger partnerships and a more productive workplace. We look forward to another month of valuable initiatives.
