SUMMARY

As an HR Coordinator, you ensure quality service to achieve employee satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Time Keeping, Payout, and Billing – accurate computation, complete and timely processing and submission of all payout related documents, all service activity records and daily productive records
-People Management - identifies, attends, and resolves employees’ issues and concerns; orients all new employees and monitors adherence to the organization’s policies, systems, procedures and client’s quality standards.
-Reportorial Requirements – complete, accurate, and timely consolidation and submission of required reports

QUALIFICATIONS

-Graduate of a 4-year course
-Computer Literate, Proficient in MS Office applications
-Strong leadership skills and good communication skills in handling employees
-With driver’s license and owns a motorcycle unit

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:30pm

Work Locations: Baras, Teresa, and Cainta Rizal

Salary: Php17,000.00 to 18,000.00 per month

SUMMARY

As the Recruitment Specialist, you will ensure the timely fulfillment of requests of candidates of the Cooperative’s Manufacturing Group through proactive recruiting techniques and proper endorsement to clients.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will play an important role in our Manufacturing Group by ensuring these responsibilities:

 

Recruitment

  • Searches candidates through online and field recruitment (job fairs), flyers and leaflets, posting on bulletin boards, recruitment database
  • Conducts initial interviews of applicants, refers for testing, schedules interviews by requesting parties
  • Prepares offer letters for qualified candidates and endorses them to clients

Reportorial Requirements

  • Monitors aging of referred candidates so as not to exceed the turn-around time in terms of working days from the time of endorsement

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, BS in Human Resources, and/or other related disciplines
  • With a strong volume recruitment background
  • Intermediate MS Excel Skills and basic knowledge in maintaining trackers and databases for recruitment
  • Willing to work onsite in Pulilan, Bulacan
  • Willing to do fieldwork and can start ASAP

Production Supervisor (1) San Pablo, Laguna

SUMMARY

As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead our team to meet production targets and exceed quality expectations for our clients. Manage our awesome employees to ensure a safe and efficient operation following health, safety, and standard operating procedures. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will play an important role in our Food Manufacturing team by ensuring these responsibilities:

 

  1. Operations Supervision - oversees production activities, ensuring smooth equipment operations, meeting production goals, and reporting on shifts to the Production Head.
  2. Compliance - monitoring and ensuring adherence to process and quality standards, preparing and submitting necessary client documents, verifying inventory and compliance of materials, enforcing codes of conduct and quality standards, and generating reports for Health and Safety regulations.
  3. People Management - overseeing the job performance of the Cooperative's employees, and collaborating with production managers to minimize production waste, and conducting regular employee performance appraisals and progress tracking.
  4. Reportorial Requirements - creation of operation reports to be presented with the management.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of a 4-year course, BS in Industrial Engineering course and/or other related discipline
  • With at least 2-4 years of experience in food manufacturing, project management, staff supervision and development
  • Willing to work in San Pablo City, Laguna

Driver-Mechanic (5) Makati

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent, but preferably completed a vocational course, especially if related to vehicle maintenance
  • Certification: Motor vehicle Mechanics is an asset
  • Experience: With at least 1 year of relevant experience in vehicle physical repairs, maintenance and 2 years driving (sedan, SUV and closed van) experience is required, experience in driving trucks is an advantage
  • Proven work experience as a sedan, SUV and closed van driver or similar role
  • Valid professional Driver’s License for operating manual transmission vehicles is required, has a clean driving recor
  • Prior experience in the same industry is an advantage (driving for employee passengers and pick-up and delivery of perishable items)
  • Working knowledge of local roads and route
  • Willing to render overtime on rest days and holidays as neede
